The delegation from the Lao Journalists’ Association and participants from the GAMCIL project from Luang Prabang province are currently attending the “Regional Cultural Exchange for Journalists” in Hai Phong City, Vietnam, from June 17–20, 2026, to celebrate the 101st Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day. This year, the Lao PDR also participated in the cultural exchange through the song Khao Niew Sieng Khaen, with music arranged by a journalist from Luang Prabang province.
