GAMCIL Project visits and exchanges lessons with Vietnam National Television (VTV)

11 December 2025, LJA and CARE Laos continue its mission to uplift Lao media by leading a delegation of participants from the GAMCIL project on an official study tour to Vietnam National Television (VTV). This tour focused on accessing real-world experience in international-standard media production.

On this occasion, the delegation was honored to be joined by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kim Hoa, Deputy Head of the Science and Education Department of Vietnam Television (VTV), who graciously served as the Chair for this experience-sharing session.

We studied the management of major program filming, such as Olympia, and observed the operation of the modern audio-visual control system.

There was a direct exchange of lessons with VTV journalists and documentary producers, especially regarding Environmental issues, which opened up new perspectives on presenting important content.

This invaluable experience will significantly contribute to developing the capabilities and vision of Lao media personnel.
