The Lao Journalists’ Association (LJA) visits the Vietnam Journalists’ Association (VJA) in Hanoi, Vietnam

December 8, 2025 — This visit was presided over by Mr. Savankhone Razmountry, President of the Lao Journalists’ Association, and Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and President of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association. The event was attended by the Executive Committee of the VJA and the Executive Committee of the LJA, along with program participants, Lao government journalists, social organizations, and general social media users.

On this occasion, President Savankhone expressed his profound gratitude to the Vietnam Journalists’ Association and President Le Quoc Minh for their continuous cooperation and excellent support.

The President also emphasized the traditional fraternal relations between the two associations, which have continuously cooperated for over 30 years. Furthermore, the LJA delegation also attended the opening ceremony, the organization of regular seminars, and training sessions, aimed at further enhancing the knowledge and capabilities and strengthening the solidarity of journalists in the region.
